Mumbai, 17 October 2022 - We are happy to announce that Tecnimont Private Limited established a new joint venture with Metal Craft Constructors Private Limited, called Tecni and Metal Private Limited, which with a 51% TCMPL stake, will have as a core focus efficient construction solutions for the Group’s projects in India and ready for expand further in other geographies in the future.

The new JV combines the high-level competences in planning and construction management retained by TCMPL and the long-term experience of MCCPL in providing specialized personnel for the different phases of complex industrial plants, spanning from mechanical, civil, and construction up to erection and pre-commissioning.

In the words of our India EPC Project Vice President at Maire Tecnimont Group, Milind Baride, “As we continue to expand Maire Tecnimont Group’s industrial footprint in India, it is important that TCMPL develops and nurtures a robust in-house division focused solely on construction and mechanical works.
